We ship direct from the US. If you place your order with us we have a 2 – 3 day processing time. Shipping usually takes 3 to 5 working days from dispatch within the US, and 2-10 working days outside of the US. We deliver direct to your door using UPS.
You will receive a email with your tracking code, enabling you to track your delivery.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.

Due to our expanding sales across the world we must now keep our Sterling prices consistent. This means that we will not be able to remove VAT from orders delivered to the VAT free British Islands.

We’re sure that you’ll love your Tidy Books, if not, you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund. If you’d like to return it, the first thing to do is to call us. Our number is +44 (0)20 8520 4647, and we’re here Monday-Friday 9-5:30pm. We may be able to resolve your problem without you having to return your item.
Our returns policy gives you the right to cancel your purchase at any point from the time of ordering until 14 working days after delivery. You’re entitled to a refund if you request the return in writing within 14 days of receiving your item. This excludes items that have been made for you, for example the personalised bookcase or personalised Bunk Bed Buddy.
It’s important that you return items in the best possible condition, so they must be unused and returned their original packaging, clearly labelled and re-sealed. Packing tape is best for this.

We can arrange for your package to be collected by our couriers or you can return the item via the postal service. You will need to pay for the cost of the item to be collected by our courier. Typical cost within the UK is £7. Phone us for further details. If you use the postal service, we recommend you insure yourself for the value of the goods you are returning and use a tracked service.
Your refund will be issued within 14 days of you cancelling the order, provided we have your item, returned in its original condition.
If you’re outside the EU, please take a moment to fill in posting documentation details correctly. You will need to make it clear that your parcel is a ‘Return’ to the UK, and not an import. Or you may be charged a duty on imports. If your documentation is completed incorrectly and duty subsequently being charged to Tidy Books, the sum will be deducted from your final refund.
